It seems like online MBA degrees are all the rage for aspiring professionals these days, and going green is huge with everyone — but the two together? It’s a match made in heaven and at Anaheim University, where their Kisho Kurokawa Green Institute has created the MBA in Sustainable Management, an online program designed to meet our growing demand for green-friendly businesses.
“There is no choice anymore, either businesses become sustainable or they fall by the way side,” says Donald Nordeng, a student enrolled in the program in a press release from AU. “We can’t afford to focus solely on how to turn over the biggest profit anymore. We have to consider all the P’s together: people, planet and profit.”
While the president of Ecocert -QAI Japan Ltd, an organic certification company, Nordeng is still going back for his Green MBA to get a more theoretical foundation for his practical work.
Getting an MBA is an important milestone for getting ahead in the business world, but a green MBA could give professionals a unique and modern edge that will set them ahead of the pack. For more of the best online MBA programs, check out what online universities Get Degrees has to offer!
